Residents must be 60 years of age or older.  Disabled individuals who are 55+ may also apply to live at Project Support.

You will be required to fill out a preliminary application and then your name will be placed on a waiting list.

An applicant’s priority for housing is based upon the time and date of the application with a preference given to current residents of Clear Creek County.  When the applicant's name reaches the top of the waiting list, they will be notified via phone.

Due to the nature of Project Support's programs, we are unable to determine exactly how long an applicant may remain on the waiting list. Because of the limited amount of units available, it is impossible to guarantee housing to every eligible person who applies.

Because you will be notified by phone when you reach the top of the waiting list, please be sure to notify Project Support in writing of any change in address or phone, so that you may be contacted.
